How much of my time is actually required?

Very little. Most clients commit approximately 90 minutes in total across the entire setup — around 60 minutes for the initial discovery and configuration call, and around 30 minutes to review and approve the finished system before go-live. After that, Nauven manages the system, refinements and monthly reporting. Your time is spent on the work that generates revenue, not on the system running in the background.

What if it does not work for my business?

We stand behind the work. Total Pipeline clients are covered by a 60-day performance guarantee — if the system does not capture at least 20% more after-hours leads within 60 days of go-live, we extend your service by one month at no charge.

Beyond the guarantee, every engagement includes ongoing refinement. If something is not performing as expected, we adjust it. The system is not launched and left — it is actively managed and improved each month based on what the data shows.
